Get’s it name from the attractive bark that peals away and is said to have 9 layers. Flowers in late Spring with clusters of white or pink blooms with red fruit – perfect food supply for the wildlife in your gardens. Can from from 5-10′ tall, 6-8′ spread. Dwarf varieties available which will reach only 3-4′ in height and spread.
